Parent Respite Program

Sometimes the best thing you can do for your family is take a little time off to look after yourself!

This free respite program provides temporary relief from care for parents with children birth to six years old. Children take part in a quality, play-based early learning program while parents take some time to:

  • Go to job interviews, attend appointments (medical, legal, financial), etc.

  • Have a break from from parenting to improve overall family functioning and stability.
